2009 Season training
Guys
Thanks for attending the meeting on 1/28. We're off to a great start. Awesome returning players, and great new prospects!
We will begin indoor training on 2/10 at 5:15 pm, @ Deerpath Middle School. This training will consist mainly of conditioning for the first few weeks.
Before you can participate, the following items MUST be completed, signed, and on file:
1. Parental Waiver
2. Emergency Contact form
3. Player Profile
4. Proof of Medical Insurance
5. Player Code of Conduct
6. CIPP registration on USA Rugby
Your dues may be paid after we begin training, but we need all players to be paid up as soon as possible.
Call/e-mail me with any questions or issues. See you on the 10th!

We will be meeting on Tuesday Dec. 16 at 4:00 pm at Deerpath Middle School. (Deerpath Middle School is located at 155 W. Deerpath, Lake Forest, IL 60045).
The meeting will take place in the Lecture Room, DA205, second floor. Please bring a new player or two to this meeting. It'll be great to field two sides this year.
