Team Update, 4/6/09

Hey Guys

Welcome back from Spring break. I hope you are all relaxed. You're gonna need it! We have 3 games in an 8 day span, 4/8, 4/11, and 4/16. Here is some information.

1. ALL practices will be held at South Park in LF (150 S. Maywood) unless you are otherwise informed. Practice will start at 4:45 PM.
SOUTH PARK
*Western Ave to Ryan Place
*LEFT on Ryan Place
*RIGHT on Washington Circle
*RIGHT on Maywood to the park on your right

You can also take Washington Rd. SOUTH from Deerpath and end up at Maywood.

2. Out first IYRA league game is Wed. 4/8 v Elmwood Park High School. Please be at LFHS South Campus (300 S. Waukegan Rd.) NO LATER than 3:40. I have a charter bus, and we need to leave before 4:00 pm. If you will be late, CALL ME or let me know someway.

If the game kicks off at 5:00 or 5:15, we should be back in Lake Forest by 8:00 or so.

3. Practice on 4/7 will run from 4:45-6:15. We are having a team dinner at Deerpath Middle School at 6:30 pm. Please come back to Deerpath immediately after practice. Dinner will be in the cafeteria. Come hungry.

4. If you have not paid your dues, you need to do so IMMEDIATELY! If you're not sure if you have paid, ask me. Please take care of this ASAP.

5. If I CIPP registered you on the day of our game in Kenosha (Loumis, Fleisner J., and White), please pay me ASAP. The cost for the CIPP registration was $20.00. Check or cash is fine.

2009 Season training

Thanks for attending the meeting on 1/28. We're off to a great start. Awesome returning players, and great new prospects!

We will begin indoor training on 2/10 at 5:15 pm, @ Deerpath Middle School. This training will consist mainly of conditioning for the first few weeks.

Before you can participate, the following items MUST be completed, signed, and on file:

1. Parental Waiver
2. Emergency Contact form
3. Player Profile
4. Proof of Medical Insurance
5. Player Code of Conduct
6. CIPP registration on USA Rugby

Your dues may be paid after we begin training, but we need all players to be paid up as soon as possible.
